WHO WE ARE · ESC

Your business is your starting point.
Europe is your arena for growth.

ESC brings together the drivers of your European development.

Business expansion, establishment, tax organisation, mobility and investments: these decisions shape your profitability and assets. They deserve a shared strategy.

That is ESC’s role: connect expertise, coordinate solutions and put Europe to work for your project. Membership is your entry point into the cooperative and its service ecosystem. Our model aligns members’ interests with the development of a European network of professionals, with defined assignments for each project.

Grow your revenue. Control your costs. Strengthen your investment capacity. Build your assets.

ESC in practice: your needs, our role.

The cooperative is your entry point. These activities organise services, programmes and expertise around your project.

ONE COOPERATIVE · EUROPEAN AMBITIONS

An investment opens a possibility. A portfolio builds a strategy.

Multiple projects, territories and development opportunities. According to your profile and resources, property and vehicle investment pools provide a framework for preparing a portfolio aligned with your goals. Investing in a vehicle pool and using a vehicle for your business are separate activities.

ESC IMMO INVEST

Build a European property portfolio

ESC Immo Invest considers multiple projects, countries and uses: housing, business premises, mixed-use developments, hospitality and Work & Live. Altena and Páka illustrate the first avenues of this approach.

  • Select transactions suited to your strategy.
  • Combine acquisition, refurbishment and rental operations.
  • Coordinate studies, structuring, professionals and portfolio follow-up.

FLEETCO ACCESS

Participate in mobility investment pools

FleetCo Access develops investment pools for two-wheelers, cars and commercial vehicles, according to the categories, powertrains and uses being assessed. Several pools can complement one strategy.

  • Assess fleet purchases and financing.
  • Include rental operations, insurance and maintenance.
  • Plan for second life and vehicle resale value.

Clear finances from the outset.

We distinguish three financial purposes when comparing projects. Each project dossier sets out its assignments, costs, rights and specific terms.

01

Membership

Access to the cooperative and its services ecosystem.

02

Support

The studies, preparation, coordination and follow-up actually agreed.

03

Invested capital

Your participation in the selected project’s acquisitions and operating needs.

See the whole picture. Decide on net outcomes.

A tax rate, vehicle price or rental income alone cannot show a project’s value. ESC considers business development, investment income, full costs and applicable tax arrangements together. Turnover, profit, cash, asset value and tax savings remain separately identified, without double counting.

  1. Your project
  2. Your assessment
  3. Your European roadmap
  4. The professionals involved
  5. Your follow-up
